By dialing 1423 before each call
that your going to make.
In some cases we can LCR your PABX
or supply a ATA device

calls to the number specified aren't
available from my service?
Your service has not been
provisioned. Please select the Join
link from the menu and within
a few hours you can be enjoying this
way to communicate by using 1423
Q. How may phone numbers can I sign
up to use Overflow 1423's service?
Once your service has been
provisioned, you can contact us on
1300 783 280 to
arrange more services. In the case
of multiple phone lines in one
premises, we WILL
combine them all to be on the one
account and in the case of the
Business 50 and Savings 20
only one fee is charged in advance
and all services can enjoy the low
cost.
Q. Can I get these Overflow 1423
rates without dialing 1423 (preselect)?
Overflow can arrange for devices
to automatically dial the the prefix
1423 for you.
In some cases we can give you
information on how to program your
PABX for LCR
Q. How do I dial internationally?
Simply as you do now. But rather
then dial 0011 you dial 14230011
Q. Can I send a fax with the
Overflow Service?
Yes! We recommend you use 1423
to send faxes, even to to local
numbers, because you
may find our timed local call rates
are cheaper than your standard local
calls when your
send short faxes.

Yes! We we can bar
International, National, Calls to
Mobiles
You can administer this from the
Accounts Area once your a member.
Q. Can I see my Account?
Yes! We allow 24 Hour access to
your Account Details and Logs
However the logs are normally
24-48 Hours behind real time due to
security reasons
To arrange access you use your phone
number as the username and your
password
you gave us when you joined.
Q. I continually get a RVA
recording every time I dial?
Wait for 20 minutes and try
again. If the call still is
unsuccessful, but it works with
another carrier, please ring us on
1300 783 280 or email us faults@overflow.net.au
Q. How often do I get billed?
Invoices are sent by Email on
the First of every month. They will
have the charges for
all calls made during the month
prior. If your on the Business 50
Plan or Savings 20
your will also see the advance
billing of your minimum spend.
Q. How come I'm not getting any
invoices?
All invoices are emailed to your
supplied contact email address. If
you have
changed your email address or if you
are having any difficulty getting
your
invoice, please contact us on
1300 783 280 or by email
admin@overflow.net.au
Q. How come my invoice won't open?
All invoices are emailed in a pdf
format. You can download a view
from
www.adobe.com
